$70.56 DSL activation fee applies to all DSL Internet plans. Additional Dry Loop fee ($37.23) and inside wiring fee ($100) may be required based on current home Internet set-up. Monthly ILEC Surcharge (Rate Band) is charged to all DSL customers. Total cost of monthly ILEC Surcharge is location dependant. Contact us to confirm which fees apply to you. All customers are required to either rent or purchase a Q Wave modem for an additional cost with $13 fee for shipping.
